These are the results of the Tree Planting Day in the Don capital. Thanks to joint efforts, the city's vegetation has been replenished with plane trees, pines, firs, thujas, catalpes, birches, willows, maples, mountain ashes, plums, other trees and shrubs.

More memorable alleys were set up in city. In addition to the Alley of Patriots, which was planted in Ostrovsky Park, Anniversary Alley in Gorky Park was opened to celebrate its 210^th anniversary. In the zoo, to celebrate the 100^th anniversary of the movement of young naturalists, Yunnat Alley was laid. At School No. 60, there is now the Alley of Cosmonauts, and at Don Real Gymnasium No. 62, there is the Alley of the Movement of the First.
