They signed an agreement on it on November 16 at the International Forum Transport Week 2021, Moscow. The parties agreed to work jointly to prepare and deliver an investment project Upgrading and Setting Up Infrastructure for City Tramway in Rostov-on-Don. According to estimates, 51.18 billion rubles are needed to invest into the project. According to the project, they plan to change over 120 km tramways, 76.8 new lines will be laid, and 46 km of the existing lines will be reconstructed.
