In spring 2022, they plan to start construction of a creative cluster on the grounds of the former wine and liquor plant at Budennovsky Avenue, 70. Also, they plan to provide locations for street retail, open a food market, which will be both a wet market and a food court, build a two-tier underground parking.

All the pre-design works are over. Documents are drawn up for signing a construction contract with the general design contractor. Accounting for the specifics of the territory, two expert evaluations are to be made – general engineering and historical and cultural expert reviews.
