The grand gala concert was the final chord of the festive program to celebrate the 274^th foundation anniversary of Rostov. It was held in Levoberezhny Park and turned out to be bright and memorable.

The best creative teams, as well as artists from other Russian cities, including Donetsk and Lugansk, performed on the stage. They showed dozens of sparkling numbers.

The gala concert culminated in musical composition, Heart of the South of the State, performed by all the participants.
