The event was held in Primorsky Park, Tsimlyansk.

The festival visitors were able to taste many wine varieties from eight local wineries, including Tsimlyanskie Vina, wineries of the Vedernikovs, the Molchanovs, Villa Zvezda, Elbuzd and others. By popular vote, the wine stand of Tsimlyanskie Vina was recognized the best, and as to the taste, the majority of popular votes chose the wines of the Molchanovs' winery the best.

At the festival, guests could taste not only wine, but also cheeses, meat delicacies, bread products, hot mulled wine and tea.

As part of the entertainment program, master classes on willow weaving, bead weaving, making Russian rag dolls, and painting fabric were held on the festival grounds.
