In Rostov-on-Don, a competition, commissioned by the Department of Economy of Rostov-on-Don, was completed; its winners will have an opportunity to be trained as professional tour guides.

The main goal of the competition was to attract qualified professionals to the tourism industry of the regional capital, as well as to promote the profession of a guide.

Students of the Sokrat College of Advertising, Service and Tourism, Rostov, the Don State Technical University, as well as all interested in development and promotion of tourism in Rostov-on-Don took part in the competition.

The awarding ceremony took place on November 8 at the Don Cossack Guards Cultural and Exhibition Center of the Don State Technical University.
