The public library will be one of the central venues of the festival in Rostov-on-Don. Participants and guests of the festival will enjoy a grand opening of the festival day, special programs of competitive and out-of-competition screenings of contemporary independent animated films, student, diploma and debut films. The festival also includes an educational program with lectures and interactive master classes from cinema professionals.
