Around 100,000 city residents and visitors came to watch the festive gala concert to celebrate the Great Victory on Theater Square. The best signing and dancing groups of the city, Rostov and Stavropol regions, the military orchestra of the Southern District of the National Guard of the Russian Federation performed on the stage. Well-loved songs about heroes and their feats dating back to the period of the Great Patriotic War were performed at the concert. The legendary statement song Victory Day was a final chord of the main day on Russia’s calendar. Thousands of voices joined to sign the song and pay tribute to all the people who fought the enemy, so that we could get together on the city’s square on that day. And at the last line of the song, colorful festive fireworks illuminated the sky.
