The forum takes place in Rostov from November 23 through 26. The event is timed to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War and the Siege of Leningrad.
The forum will address a peacemaking mission of Russia and preservation of historical memory, arrangement of positive dialog with foreign states and patriotic education of the residents. It will be held online and offline, so participants from different cities and countries will participate.
Roundtable talks and sections will be organized for the participants of the forum, experienced professionals will take the floor. The event will be held on November 25 and is timed to commemorate the first liberation of Rostov from the Nazi.
