Fisherman

The sculptural composition Fisherman was installed in summer 2013 in the city’s busiest place – at the Embankment. The sculpture portrays a fisherman, pulling his rod from deep waters of the river. Its authors are S. M. Isakov and architect Y. Y. Dvornikov. It is quite a landmark sculpture of the embankment, as you can often see passionate anglers with their small and large takes not far from the central part of the embankment. Also, they often arrange unofficial competitions for the largest fish caught.
