Memorial to Commemorate Nazi Victims in Zmievskaya Balka

In the center of the Memorial Complex to Commemorate Nazi Victims, deep in the ravine, is a concrete sculptural group Executed Victims. In front of it is a grave Hearts of the Perished are Beating in the shape of a metronome beating out a heart rhythm. Next to it is the Eternal Flame, a plate with a wreath cast in metal.

The Alley of Grief goes from the sculpture through the ravine right to the viewing platform located near the roadway in Dovator Street.

Under the viewing platform, there is a hall where everyone interested can learn the history of tragic events that took place in Rostov-on-Don during the Great Patriotic War. The сases show rare items of the times of the Nazi occupation, including leaflets that the occupants distributed among the Jewish residents.
