Myasnikov Street
Aleksandr Fedorovich Myasnikov (1886-1925), a Soviet statesman and a Bolshevik Party worker, a writer, a native of Nakhichevan-on-Don.
Since 1904, he took an active part in the revolutionary movement and participated in the World War I.
After the October Revolution of 1917, he held important positions in the Red Army and in the Bolshevik Party. In the 1920s, he established administrative work of the Bolshevik Party in Belarus and was the head of the first Soviet government in Armenia (Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of Armenia).

Мясников Александр Фёдорович (1886-1925) — советский государственный и партийный деятель, литератор. Уроженец г. Нахичивань-на-Дону.
С 1904 года принимал активное участие в революционном движении. Участник Первой мировой войны.
После Октябрьской революции 1917 года на ответственных постах в Красной Армии и руководящей партийной работе. В 20-х годах разворачивал партийно-административную деятельность в Белоруссии, возглавлял первое советское правительство в Армении (председатель Совнаркома Армении).
