A Verified Chatbot, Tourist of the Rostov Region, Has Been Launched on the Max Messenger
The chatbot is based on the mobile app Tourist, which first launched in 2022. The successful debut of the project in Taganrog served as a starting point—and today it covers all 55 municipalities in the region. For the convenience of residents and guests of the Don region, cities and districts have been grouped into 17 tourist clusters, making it possible to create not just city routes but entire thematic journeys across the Rostov region. Users simply indicate their location in the chat, select a search radius, and choose the type of point of interest they're looking for.
