Russia Is My History Historical Park to Open in Rostov on September 1
On July 4, Governor Vasily Golubev visited the construction site of the museum on Pervoy Konnoy Armii Avenue once again.
“Construction works progress accurately on schedule and are to be over in summer. Up ahead are important works of equipment installation. On September 1, the Don capital will get a new state-of-the-art facility – the historical park, Russia Is My History. We expect that exhibitions held there will cover both national and regional themes, including history of the regional and Cossack culture”, said Vasily Golubev.
The unique feature of the cultural site that is under construction in Rostov is that the history of our country will get a 360-degree coverage, using cutting-edge technology. The distinctive features of the federal project are numerous interactive solutions: from entertaining historical games, touch screens, high-performance projection units to 3D modeling and digital reconstructions.
Rostov will be one of twenty Russian cities that set up the historical park, Russia Is My History.
