Monument to Clown Oleg Popov

On July 31, 2017, a monument to Oleg Popov was set up near the circus building in Rostov-on-Don.

The monument was created by a local sculptor Svetlana Bukke. Oleg Popov is seated on the bench with a basket in his hands. In the evening, the backlight is up, and it looks like a sunbeam flashed in the basket. According to the idea, passers-by can sit down on the other side of the bench to have a photo taken.
