Aleksey Logvinenko, Head of Administration Office of Rostov, visited the Alley of Roses of Pleven Park.

The park makes a very good first impression. Most importantly, the green spaces are kept: trees, bushes, as Aleksey Logvinenko summed up what he had seen.

However, some problems are glaringly obvious. First, there are few flowers for a site with the name “Park of Roses”. Second, the fountain has not functioned for a long period of time and looks not very good due to damaged mosaics and gaps and breaks of the surface.

“I spoke to tenants of the park. And they are ready to undertake obligations to present  a new dancing fountain to Rostovites by next spring. There are three options: a splash fountain, like in Levoberezhny Park, a classical one with a basin, and a mixed-type one. I gave instructions to take a vote for one of the three fountain options on the city’s administration’s website. And what people will choose will be a guide to action”, said the head of the administration office.
