According to the Head of Administration Office A. Logvinenko, the Ministry for Economic Development of the region will organize work to establish new creative industries. The first six sites for housing the spaces have already been selected, now they are run down and not used as intended. New creative spaces will be platforms for clustering and liaising of businessman, freelancers, creative and business teams. Similar platforms already function in Rostov – Tabachka facility at the site of the former tobacco factory and a technology coworking space Rubin.
