Development Concept of City’s Retail Space Disclosed in Rostov:

In Rostov, a draft resolution of the administration on the approval of the concept for development of retail space in Rostov-on-Don up to 2030 has been developed and is undergoing the approval procedure. V. Ter-Mikayelyan, a leading specialist of the Non-stationary Trade Development Team of the city’s Department of Trade and Consumer Services, spoke about this during a briefing at the press center of the Rostov Official newspaper. The project took into account the need to determine both approaches to legal regulation of non-stationary trade locations and establishment of locations potentially attractive for consumers.
