The long-awaited children's health campaign started in Rostov. This year, given the epidemiological situation in the Rostov region, its start date has been postponed to July.
360 children from needy families went to the coast of the Sea of Azov. Their trip strictly met requirements of the Agency for Health and Consumer Rights (Rospotrebnadzor) of the Russian Federation: when boarding the bus, each child had his/her temperature taken, hands disinfected, drivers and accompanying persons were provided with personal protective equipment (masks and gloves). Vouchers for 21 days in Dmitriadovsky Children's Health Camp were purchased by the Department of Social Protection of Rostov-on-Don and given to the children free of charge. To ensure safe trip of children to the place of recreation, the Department of Social Protection of Rostov-on-Don provided escort of the bus convoy with children by the State Traffic Inspectorate. Next arrivals of children are planned on July 10 and July 18 to the sanatorium health camps Center Mir LLC and Sputnik Children's Health Complex, respectively. As a reminder, until the restrictive measures are lifted, the summer health campaign will be held within the Rostov region.
