According to Regulation 436 of the Government of the Rostov region dated May 23, 2012 on the life protection rules at water sites in the Rostov region and the emergency prevention and liquidation and fire safety road map of the Administration of Rostov-on-Don, city beaches are cleared up and safety of people at water sites of Rostov-on-Don is ensured every year. It is necessary to note that beach recreation in the city is not allowed until further notice, in line with Regulation 272 of the Government of the Rostov region dated April 5, 2020 on measures to ensure health of people and disease control in the Rostov region due to spread of the new coronaviral infection (COVID-19).
