With every passing summer day, the number of tourists coming to our city is growing, and today the Tourist Information Center (TIC) of Rostov-on-Don throws its doors open to them.
TIC employees will be happy to present the whole range of excursions and weekend tours, and they will help select the best walking route and tell about remarkable sights and memorable historical places to those who are fond of exploring the city on their own. To keep tourists informed of all the events of the city, the employees make up a complete сurrent events’ guide weekly: museum exhibitions, theatrical productions, concerts of A-listers, sports matches, folklore festivals and fairs.
Rostov offers plenty of gastronomic pleasures. At TIC, you can always get information where authentic dishes of the Don cuisine are offered, what restaurants of the city are on the world’s gastronomic lists, where to buy the most delicious fish and learn to cook ukha soup or crayfish.
The Center distributes materials on local history and geography and useful informational materials about the region: maps, informational brochures, catalogs and guides, including those in the English language, for free.
