On May 19,  the All-Union Pioneer Organization will turn 100 years old. 

During 70 years of its existence, the pioneer organization used to unite over 200 million children and teenagers, and it offered a comprehensive system of civil and patriotic education. 

The educational heritage of the pioneer movement has been intensively used in modern kids’ and young adults’ social organizations up to this day.

The key anniversary events include opening of the time capsule placed for pioneers of 2022, a celebratory assembly in Cherevichkin Park and the city-wide festivities of kids’ organizations.
