The rating of the best trains is based on more than 100,000 reviews of passengers made in 2020. Scores for 258 train routes were taken into account. The Rostov-on-Don – Novorossiysk Lastochka train was ranked the most comfortable. Passengers appreciated its cleanness, politeness of the staff and spacious wagons. The Ekaterinburg – Kurgan train is ranked the second, and the St Petersburg – Bologoye comes the third. According to the survey, 88.23% passengers rate their 2020 train ride positively, with 93% noting the staff work and service and 80% praising toilet facilities.
