The First Deputy Head of the City Administration Y. Ovchinnikov held a working meeting with restaurateurs of the main city of the region on operating hours of public catering facilities during the spread of the new coronavirus infection. Svetlana Kambulova, Deputy Head of the City Administration for Economy, said that after Resolution No. 1051 entered into force, catering was restricted after 10pm. Control measures also tightened. In October alone, monitoring groups checked almost 10,000 sites, 735 reports were drawn up, 16 of them concerned legal entities. A number of establishments continue their work after 10pm. Claims mainly concern nightclubs and discos.
Yuri Ovchinnikov informed the attendees about the difficult situation with the coronavirus in Rostov. The restaurateurs, in turn, reported that due to restrictive measures, the business did not receive 20-30% of gross turnover, as the main flow of visitors falls on the night. According to those present, this is minus 50% of the profit. In this regard, the restaurant owners asked the authorities for an additional hour of work.
