With the support of the Administration Office of Rostov-on-Don, the Culture Department of Rostov-on-Don, an online gala concert to celebrate the 271^st anniversary of Rostov-on-Don will be held on September 19 at 6pm. The city’s Art Center @gdt_rostov prepared it. You can watch the video at the YouTube channel of the City Art Center and on the LED displays in the city’s parks (Gorky Park, Levoberezhny Park, Ostrovsky Park, Druzhba Park, May 1 Park).
