It was established in 1987 as an expressed resolution of the United Nations General Assembly to enhance its activities and create a global community free of drug abuse. Without exaggeration, drug addiction can be called the most horrible phenomenon of our century. More and more people trying to escape  from problems and stresses get caught into its insidious net. However, the price of the escape is too great, and results of experimenting with your self are irreversible in most cases. Even, a special treatment course against drug abuse is not always enough to make a person free from this addiction. People all over the globe who care about the health of their nations, will unite in their fight against the hideous drug addiction.
