The outdoor festivities took place from 5pm till 10 pm in Levoberezhny Park. Svetlana Kambulova, Deputy Head of the Administration Office of Rostov-on-Don in Economy, took part in the event and welcomed its visitors. She noted that the festival was a local hallmark.

“The Don River Festival is an event uniting Rostovites of all generations. Everybody will find something for themselves. Somebody will discover diverse cultures of our region. Others will get to know unknown pages of our history or find new friends. However, it is evident that the Don River still remains a uniting element for us”, said Svetlana Kambulova.
