Rostov Ring 2019, a track-and-field distance run, is held for the 41^st time in Rostov. Participation is free. The mass start is at 9 a.m. in Teatralnaya square.

Traditionally, the distance is 40 km divided into five sections with rest stations. Every participant can choose a distance depending on their level of training and willingness. As usual, the route goes along the central streets of Rostov with interesting rest stations.
