To keep Rostov’s brand image as a garden city, the year of 2019, a year of Rostov’s foundation anniversary, was declared a year of a million of roses. Noble bushes abloom will adorn the city, making it even more attractive and interesting for locals and visitors, brightening up city streets and garnishing quarters.  

The Administration Office of Rostov-on-Don invites to participate in revitalizing the look of Rostov-on-Don and suggests planting roses in the city. Both individuals and companies can take part in the campaign. Let’s take care of the city we live in!
