Sculpture Painter :

The sculptural composition Painter is one of several sculptures mounted in summer 2013 in the most visited place of Rostov-on-Don – at the embankment. The sculpture features a painter that holds a brush in his hand to create a painting on an invisible canvas, with a palette in his other hand. It’s easy to have a picture of yourself and the work of Oleg Kukushkin, Painter, you just have to position yourself in the frame. The portrait painter, whose prototype is the author of the sculpture, stands on the ground without any pedestal and exercises his talent at the easel without any canvas, as if inviting passers-by to finish the painting.
