Druzhba Park

It is quite a small, but fairly cozy family park. You can walk along its alley and enjoy views of two churches, different in style and architecture – the Russian Orthodox Church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God built in 2007 and the Armenian church Surb Khach, built in the late 18th century by Armenian back-settlers from Crimea to commemorate the same-name monastery in Crimea, and it is the oldest building remained on the territory of the present-day Rostov-on-Don. In summer, there are amusement rides for kids and adults, there are several cafes and two playgrounds for kids. A zoo, a water park, a skating rink, a recreation camp and a shopping mall are located nearby.
