Gastronomic Festival of Spring!

The Don Herring Festival starts on May 1. During the festival, the famous local fish will be a seasonal dish on a special festival menu at the best restaurants of Rostov-on-Don and the Rostov region. Chefs of the participating venues prepared signature dishes cooked of herring. Guests of the festival will have a chance to taste herring, which will be originally served and cooked with different methods – salted, roasted, fried, smoked and grilled. You can taste festival dishes cooked of Don herring from May 1 through May 14 at participating restaurants, which are listed on the festival’s website.
