As part of the Don Christmas Meeting, the famous Moscow-based virtuoso pianist Sergey Alekhin will give a gala concert on January 13, at 3 p. m. in the movie hall of the Don Public Library. 
The pianist dedicated a festive program, Kaleidoscope of the New Year’s Tunes, to a circle of friends on the Old-Style New Year’s night.
Sergey Alekhin is a top qualification accompanist, Honored Member to the All-Russian Musical Society, Award Winner of international contests and festivals.

In 1986, he graduated from the Rostov State Musical Teacher Training Institute, Piano Department, majoring in Special Piano Playing and qualifying as Solo Pianist. Being a music professor and a pianist, Sergey Alekhin regularly gives charity concerts in Rostov and other Russian cities and keeps a tradition of taking part in the Don Christmas Meetings.

The performer’s repertoire comprises the world’s piano masterworks, jazz standards.
