Work in Progress to Develop New Waking Area Concept in Rostov-on-Don :

As part of delivery of objectives to develop the regional capital, V. Golubev, Governor of the Rostov region, assigned the Administration Office of Rostov-on-Don with a task to prepare suggestions on establishing 10 walking areas in the city. Preference is given to areas with walking routes popular among residents that connect various public, social, recreational facilities with existing residential buildings, and they also take into account necessity to ensure accessibility by transport, possibility to access the buildings for special-purpose and personal vehicles.
