Representatives from over 30 cities and towns took part in the Don Marathon in Rostov-on-Don.

According to official sources, the marathon took place on October 14 at the Don Rowing Canal and gathered over 500 participants, including residents of cities and towns of the Rostov region, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Krasnodar, Moscow, Nalchik, Perm and St Petersburg.   

They could choose one of the three distances: 42 km 195 m, 18 km and 6 km.

The best runners for each distance got medals and diplomas from the Physical Training and Sports Agency of Rostov-on-Don.
