The Forum will gather hospitality experts, top chefs and professionals in business development and promotion. The goals of the event are to introduce to local cuisine, to present producers of the Don region, to enhance competences of chefs and restaurant owners. Thanks to numerous high-profile speakers, the program is sure to be intensive, interesting and, most importantly, ultra helpful for professional development of participants.

On the first day of the Forum, Oleg Nazarov will present a special module, Restaurant Promotion 2018. It provides not just advice on applying marketing tools in theory, but high-level expertise, step-by-step guidance and the understanding of trends you can get only at a live performance.

The events of the second day of the Forum will have a general theme, Local Cuisine 2018. Ilya Lazerson will offer a seminar of a special format, Regional Cuisines of Russia. It will be distinctive in its delivery, as dish cooking technologies will be analyzed, practical methods for integration of local dishes into the menu will be suggested, and advice on organizing supplies will be offered.

On the third and fourth day, participants will dive into gastronomical traditions of Uzbekistan.

Participants will have a chance to take part in master classes of cooking national dishes, to have step-by-step guidance on opening a restaurant and to enjoy an unforgettable tasting dinner at the Weekend Country Club from Bakhriddin Chustiya.

The official record of Russia in pilaf-making will be set. The event is planned to be annual and will ensure discussions in the industry, high-quality content and investigation of trends and opportunities at the highest level.
